Bag Inserter | Liner Insertion Machine for Lining Woven Sacks
This bag inserter is a fully automated solution designed for efficiently placing liner bags into woven sacks. The compatible woven sacks and liner bags are supplied as single units, separately stacked in their designated material trays. The machine picks up a woven sack and transfers it to the waiting insertion station with both ends open. Meanwhile, on the opposite side of the machine platform, a liner bag is picked up and opened. An insertion mechanism then enters the liner bag and pushes it forward until the liner is fully inserted into the opened woven sack. The assembled sack with inserted liner is then gripped at the trailing end by two rear clamps, pulled backward, and dropped onto the exit conveyor direcly below, thereby completing the entire operation cycle.
