1. Horizontal Pallet Strapping Machine
This strapping system is designed to ensure maximum stability for your pallets.

2) Modular enclosed electric drive system for the motor head, with a 500mm stroke, completely dustproof and maintenance-free.
3) The main frame consists of two supports and a cross beam, with a sturdy guide shoe and frequency converter for smooth operation and braking.
4) The motor head features a balanced force system, ensuring more even and balanced force distribution at all four corners.

The corner boards can provide additional protection and reinforcement to your pallet edges.

1) Automated corner board placement: includes a robotic arm with a stroke range of 900mm, capable of accurate and efficient application.
2) Adjustable speed: corner grip motion speed ranges from 0-20 meters/min, while turning speed reaches up to 10 meters/min.
3) Height adaptability: adjustable to match the height of loaded pallets.
4) Corner replenishment system: alerts when corner boards are empty and stays in standby mode until restocked and reactivated.
