Heavy-Duty Rotating Joint Palletizer
This heavy-duty case palletizer is designed to automatically stack sheavy loads in a pre-set pattern on a pallet. The machine features a robust rotating column connected to a rigid horizontal arm that can slide vertically along the column. The horizontal arm has a joint, allowing the outer arm to rotate horizontally. Different gripping devices can be installed at the end of the arm depending on the product. The palletizer adjusts the height of the gripper by sliding the horizontal arm vertically along the column, adjusts the left and right position of the gripper by rotating the column, and adjusts the distance of the gripper through the joint. The palletizer has a simple and sturdy structure, capable of stacking heavy products; it is servo-driven, ensuring smooth and efficient operation; and it is fully automatic. It is widely used for products such as cartons, plastic cases, drums, bags, and film-wrapped items.
For palletizing 20L or larger bag-in-box products, this palletizer is highly recommended. It can handle two boxes at a time, offering both efficiency and stability.
